5 Easy Ways to Increase Height Even Beyond 21 y.o.

Hi! I'm Enzu, 22 year old male Asian with an athletic body build and a height of 5 feet and 8 inches and  165 lbs weight. I would like to share my experience on how I gained height after I reached the age of 21.This post was based on my personal experience after a series of research I had to done to improve my height.
Well, I still believe that we have our individual differences when it comes to 'when will we gonna stop growing'. On my case, I noticed it four years ago, I was still on my studies that time and every end of the semester I use to check my height on our university clinic. From my puberty height of 168 cm, I didn't change at all. Until I reached my 21th birthday and still no change. I'm very much curious why I haven't grown even an inch for so many years while some of my batch mates before had grown a lot (excluding the fact that my parents have an average height only, but still they're both around 5'7, can't accept that I'm shorter than them) . So I decided to defy the old beliefs that you'll never grow old after 21, I researched of articles on how to improve my height and here's the summary of it. Enjoy!

1. Stretch your limbs and hips everyday. According to my research stretching allows proper circulation of blood on your body, specially the stretched part. Of course, if there's proper circulation there will be also proper delivery of nutrients and vitamins to the part that needs growing. I suggest the following basic stretching exercises below would give you a great start! Image from this site. This very routine is what I am using up to this moment.

2. Include phosphorous-rich and potassium-rich foods in your diet. When we are talking about growth bones are essential. When talking about bones, calcium is essential. But its not all about calcium when it comes to bone growth. In fact without any sufficient amount of phosphorous and potassium in your bones, calcium would be useless. Certain potassium salts greatly protects your bones from metabolic acids in your body. It acts as a neutralizer to the acidic component thereby preventing your bones from degradation. On the other hand, 50% of your bones in your body are made up of phosphorous which facilitates calcium into your bones to be transformed into different calcium compounds needed by your bones.

3. Take calcium daily. We all know that calcium is one of the main components on our bone growth. But keep in mind that  without the essential components like phosphorous and potassium in your body, even if you take a lot of calcium it would still have no effect.

4. Exercise daily and have a balanced diet. Being fit is important when you want to gain height. It would be hard for your bones to adjust in if your body is not flexible and not used to adjustments. One of the perks of having a daily exercise, (apart form stretching of course) is that it  makes your body suitable for adjustments. When you exercise, changes like increase in muscle mass, degradation of fats and faster metabolism always take place, these very changes not only affects your muscles or flesh but instead your body will seek to balance the proportions. If you increase in muscle mass your body is opt to increase the bone mass also in order to support your body, thus having a balanced must be your discipline.

5. Practice proper posture. If you want height, you must learn proper posture. Sitting erect, standing straight and chests out are one of the basics. It is the best way of training your bones to be study and durable in all adjustments you make in your body.

That's all. For me these activities worked like charm. Just don't forget that everything you want to achieve needs hard work.
